Unlike many other apps, we do not charge per user. Instead, you pay a flat fee and use TaskPal with the whole team. When you add someone to your List or Group chat, they will be added to your team. If someone else adds a user to the List or Group chat that you own, that user will be added to your team, too.

Read Receipts
If you send a message, you can see it was received. However, you won't be able to see who exactly received your message. Use Message Read Tracking feature for this.

Linking a List to a Group Chat
You can link a List to a Group chat. Create a Group chat, then click on the 'link to List' button in the upper right corner.

Reminders
You can set a reminder on any task. When the time comes, you'll get a push notification if are online and you'll also receive an email with the reminder.

Message Read Tracking
In tasks, right-click on a message and you'll see the users who have seen the message. In Group chats, you don’t need to click: you’ll see the avatars of all the users who have seen your or someone else’s message(s), next to it.

Last Seen Feature
Click on the ‘Members’ button in the upper right corner of a Group chat which will enable the Members panel. In this panel, you'll see when a user was or is online.

Automatic Daily Backups
We will take backups every day. You'll be able to download a backup from any day from the past 2 weeks (Settings -> Backups). You can then import a backup from Settings -> Import.

Priority Support
While we are happy to help all our users with any issues, we'll consider the tickets from our users on the Business plan a priority. To raise a support ticket you need to fill in the form. You'll find a form either in the footer of the website or the app (Settings -> Support).
